SNV-GROUP: opinion about work
I was UNLUCKY to turn to SNV-GROUP Spółka z o.o. (Number KRS: 0000931269, 5 KOWALSKA Street, 203, city LUBLIN, post code 20-115, post office LUBLIN) for their services and expertise (rather FALSE expertise) in construction. The company's manager and co-founder is an immigrant from the Republic of Belarus - Vadim Kondratovich. In his homeland, he lived under the name Vadim Zhukovsky. This manager-"specialist" claims to have been involved in construction for over fifteen years, if not more. He says he has done numerous renovations and built dozens of houses. BUT, this person is not familiar with the proper process of creating foundations and, accordingly, the process of concrete work. As the company's manager and the person who takes responsibility for the quality of his company's work, he knows nothing about concrete grades and their loads. They poured the foundation in July, into dry, bare ground. This is a violation of the technology of working with concrete. Of course, the concrete did not gain its strength, and when poured into the ground, it turned out with a large number of irregularities, complicating its insulation. This foundation cracked the very first winter - cracked in several places! Many things and details are important when building a house's roof, in which he also understands little. The roof built by him and his shoddy workers leaks in 6 places during ordinary rain. The material - mineral wool, used for insulating the house's roof, has gaps of 3-5 mm between the layers. This is unacceptable - these are heat losses. This great construction specialist and his alcoholic musketeers made a 35 cm mistake when building the bathroom!!! Vadim Kondratovich is not a person capable of building quality. He is an ordinary TALKER who wants to take other people's money in his hands, and then spend a long time explaining why it turned out so bad. His main thought is, "It's the builders' fault, and I'm good. I tried."
What is written here is part of the problems that arose after the work of Vadim Kondratovich and HIS SHODDY WORKERS. And since this "specialist" does not want to admit the problems he created - THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW OF HIS WORK.
